Dirk serves as an Industry Vertical Advisor for Global Markets and Professional Service firms. In this position, Dirk takes an active role in developing the consulting and professional services arm of Level 5 Partners. Dirk was selected to join the team due to his global experience and deep experience in the European, Latin American and Asian markets. Dirk’s reach between the United States and Germany provides a critical link between the Industrial and SaaS markets. With more than 25 years in the consulting market with firms such as KPMG, IBM, Accenture, and Infosys, Dirk is able to source a variety of executives leaders through his extensive executive network. Dirk also advises other large scale projects through Conecta Source, dealing with the cloud and big data.

Before joining Level 5 Partners as an Industry Vertical Advisor, Dirk spent five years with Infosys Consulting, driving enterprise solutions and digital transformation as their Global Business Unit Head. His expertise in this space led to the most extensive talent management exercise for the chairman’s office. He offers in-depth talent management and recruiting insights gained from his experience and various leadership roles in global management consulting, information technology and software.

Prior to Infosys Consulting, Dirk held roles at Accenture, IBM and KPMG, where he was instrumental in building out their consulting practices and catering to digital transformation needs of Fortune 250 enterprise clients.

Dirk currently resides in South Florida with his family and dog Charlie. While enjoying the sunny beach life, Dirk and his wife are active supporters of the Florida local sports youth community.
