Charlie Kaprelian is an Industry Vertical Advisor for Business & Professional Services for Level 5 Partners. He is responsible for professional services and providing strategic consulting services to Level 5 clients in this position. Charlie takes an active role in accelerating the companies' presence within the professional services industry and developing a consultative approach to executive hiring. Charlie was selected for his strong relationships in the industry, and executive-level connections with global corporations. Along with his extensive network of business leaders, we believe he is an ideal advisor for the transformational model of Level 5.
Before joining Level 5 Partners as an Industry Vertical Advisor, Charlie served as a Global Consulting Practice leader at Xerox Corporations professional services spin-off Conduent. His focus was on global multi-national clientele in the Automotive, Health Care and Telecommunications sectors. During his successful career, Charlie also held executive positions with consulting / BPO providers like Sutherland Global Services, Wipro, and Cognizant Technology Solutions. While at Cognizant, Charlie was instrumental in building their strategic consulting practice, growing the team from startup to several hundred million in annual revenue as well as leading the growth of firm assets from $600M to $5B.
Earlier in his career, Charlie served as Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Vice President Cap Gemini in their strategic consulting and advisory practices.
As an advisor to Level 5 Partners, Charlie is a subject matter expert in understanding digital trends and assisting emerging companies and CROs in developing their future leadership teams.
Located in the Midwest, Charlie earned dual majors in Business Administration / Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Parkside. Charlie and his wife of 36 years, Judie, have one son, Alexander, and a grandson Jayden. He currently serves as a financial & audit advisor for his church and devotes time to assisting charities in his community. In his free time, Charlie golfs with life-long friends.
