Charlie Kaprelian is an Industry Vertical Advisor for Business & Professional Services. He provides strategic consulting services to Level 5 Partners’ clients. Charlie takes an active role in accelerating the company’s presence within the Professional Services industry and developing a consultative approach to executive hiring. Charlie brings extensive industry relationships and executive-level connections with global corporations. 

Before joining Level 5 Partners as an Industry Vertical Advisor, Charlie served as a Global Consulting Practice leader at Xerox Corporation’s professional services spin-off, Conduent. His focus was on global multi-national clientele in the Automotive, Health Care and Telecommunications sectors. During his successful career, Charlie has held executive positions with consulting and BPO providers, including Sutherland Global Services, Wipro and Cognizant Technology Solutions. While at Cognizant, Charlie was instrumental in building their strategic consulting practice, growing the team from a startup to several hundred million in annual revenue and establishing the firm as a Tier 1 provider, which led to revenue growth from $600M to $5B+.

Earlier in his career, Charlie served as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Vice President at Cap Gemini in their strategic consulting and advisory practices. He has provided strategic consulting services to the world’s largest global multi-national corporations, across multiple industry sectors, selling and leading the delivery of mission critical business & technology transformation programs of over $1B in customer investments.

As an Industry Vertical Advisor to Level 5 Partners, Charlie assists clients understand digital trends and assists emerging companies and CROs develop their future leadership teams.
