Stephanie Henderson is a Senior Leadership & Organizational Advisor with Level 5 Partners, where she leads the firm’s consulting and assessment methodology. With more than 30 years of experience and having worked with Fortune 100 and 200 organizations, Stephanie has built and scaled pre-hire assessment platforms that don’t just evaluate skills—they reveal whether a leader will reinforce and elevate the client’s culture. She has advised C-suite executives and boards on integrating leadership behaviors with business strategy, resulting in:

Before joining Level 5, and earlier in her career, Stephanie served as HR Director at Nationwide Insurance, where she led enterprise-wide assessment strategies, executive coaching, and succession management initiatives. During this period, she built and scaled the My Career Resource Center, providing career development support to over 33,000 associates. Most recently, Stephanie led the assessment practice at a boutique leadership transitions firm. She holds a Master of Science in Organization & Management and a BA in Organizational Communication.
