Liz is an Industry Vertical Advisor for Level 5 Partners' cyber security and consulting practice. In this position, Liz will assist clients in executive recruiting on both a full-time and fractional basis, as well as consulting with clients to address company growth, restructuring, employee retention, and Improving company culture globally. Additional attention will surround the cybersecurity domain, addressing both the software and automotive industries, including autonomous and automobile electrification.
With over 25 years of experience as a former Vice President and Partner of a national search firm, Liz is also a Certified Coach. She has managed multiple national locations for several corporations, serving as a trusted advisor, executive recruiter, and coach in the Cybersecurity domain. With her innovative management style, Liz has progressively demonstrated her ability to improve client and corporate profitability.
Liz will provide valuable insight to the early pioneers of her information technology clients and to Level 5 Partners while enhancing her expansive collection of Fortune 1000 clients within the cybersecurity community. In addition to her management consultative expertise, Liz offers extensive knowledge in behavioral interviewing techniques, coaching, screening and selecting top candidates and evaluating current staffing processes. Liz drives Productivity and Profitability to her clients by providing top-performing executive leadership and assisting companies that are in growth mode, preparing for acquisition, funding, or planning to go public. Her expertise in precise behavioral cultural competency matches enables her to identify Executive-level top talent for Level 5 Partners clients.
In addition to her extensive professional career, Liz's Podcast Series 'Breaking Cyber Barriers' has featured talented corporate leaders around the world. Discussions have included, managing changes and transitions and how executives have successfully elevated themselves within the Cybersecurity community.
Liz is also extremely proud of her accomplishments in hosting her radio Show, participating as a Board Member, and authoring Applaud Women's Magazine. Additional board-level work includes the Boston Human Resource Association, advisor to the Boston Public School Systems Job Placement Advisory Council, and volunteer activities, including the Boston Minstrels Group. This singing group performs for the homeless shelters in the city of Boston.
