Steven Rosenblum is a Delivery Executive for Level 5 Partners. He brings over 30 years of experience delivering human resources and talent acquisition leadership and consulting success across several industries, including retail, telecommunications, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, construction, logistics, higher education, information technologies, and professional services. In this position, Steven will be responsible for fulfilling talent acquisition and human resources consulting needs for Level 5 Partners’ clients across North and Central America.
Steven’s expansive expertise includes leading and implementing change management and process improvement initiatives and as project manager in designing, developing, implementing, and administering HR systems and human resources strategies, programs, initiatives, and teams. Steven has worked with employees and professionals in executive, corporate and field roles within all levels of organizations for domestic and international companies of various sizes and structures to recruit and hire for thousands of positions.
Prior to joining Level 5 Partners, Steven worked for several companies, including Sears, US Cellular, PSAV, DeVry, Infosys, Ryerson, SAC Wireless, and Claire’s Stores. Since earning his Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, Steven spent several years fulfilling his passion for helping others by serving in various leadership and volunteer positions at the American Diabetes Association, Human Resources Association of Chicago, Society for Human Resource Management and several job clubs across the Chicago area. He currently serves as a member of the Township High School District 211 Board of Education, as well as on the Illinois Associate of School Boards Delegate Assembly and 2021 Joint Annual Conference Panel Proposal Review Committee.
Steven lives in the Chicago area, where he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and friends, and rooting on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
