MIMI LEE

Industry Vertical Advisor, Industrial & Automotive

Mimi is an Industry Vertical Advisor with Level 5 Partners, focused on cultivating relationships with clients and executive candidates in the Industrial & Automotive sectors. She is also supporting efforts to grow the firm’s market presence in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Passionate about diversity, she is spearheading Level 5’s diversity platform with women in leadership as a centerpiece. Prior to joining Level 5 Partners, Mimi had a high-impact 25 year career with Deloitte, living and working in Australia, Asia and the United States.

At Deloitte, Mimi was the Global Managing Director for Deloitte’s US$13.5B Global Consumer and Industrial Products Industry Group, the largest industry vertical at the time with a portfolio that spanned six sectors: Automotive; Consumer Products; Industrial Products and Services (Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Conglomerates and other Manufacturing segments); Chemicals & Specialty Materials; Retail, Wholesale & Distribution; and Travel, Hospitality and Services. Mimi directed the global strategy, client growth program, industry insights, marketing, business development and operations for the practice.

Earlier in her career, she provided strategy and operations support for a new customer channel at SUNCORP, one of Australia’s leading finance and insurance companies and delivered client projects for a boutique marketing consulting firm.

Complementing her role at Level 5 Partners, Mimi is the Founder and CEO of Meiava, a startup that is on a mission to empower women to find their work-life integration. Meiava brings together a global working women’s community to inspire connections and conversations. The company launched the Meiava app, a goal setting and wellness app, and is developing corporate solutions to enhance the career growth experience for working women. Mimi looks forward to speaking with executives about work life integration and ways to advance diversity in leadership.

Mimi and her family recently moved back to Sydney, Australia after several years in the Greater New York region. Outside of the office, she enjoys travel, art, running and volunteering as a track and field coach.
